• You translate the results into insights, advice and new plans that you can present clearly at every level.
• Manage programmatic campaigns on DV360 & Amazon DSP, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges if necessary.
• You are able to analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to Senior team members and clients.
• Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.
• Hands-on experience with advertising (experience level is flexible, we value motivation and growth mindset) - internships count!
• Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and key digital formats;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to optimize and improve campaign performance;
• Experience or interest in working with formats such as display, video, and CTV;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders;
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the confidence to bring in your own ideas;
• Passion for advertising and curiosity for new tools, platforms, and innovations.
