• Own and drive the operational excellence of Company’s payment processing ecosystem in Mexico. In this role, you will combine strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our payment operations are not only stable, but a true competitive advantage. You will act as a key technical and analytical reference, leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytics to continuously improve performance, optimize payment flows, and enhance the merchant experience.

• Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services (cards, wallets, acquiring, or payment providers).
• Solid analytical and technical background, with experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar).
• Experience monitoring and improving KPIs and operational performance.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams (Engineering, Product, APIs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution in complex environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics applied to payments or operations.
• Knowledge of payment optimization strategies (authorization, routing, retries, tokenization, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Background in automation or scripting (Python or similar).
• Relationship management with acquirers, issuers, schemes, and payment partners, acting as a key stakeholder to drive performance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
