Analyze player behavior and business data to provide actionable insights and support business growth in an online casino and mobile gaming environment.
Обязанности
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis based on the Business Operations team demand
- Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience
- Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insight and an understanding of how those recommendations impacts players
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems to drive the best impact
- Helping to monitor business critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Create new ways measure value, constantly enhancing the way we use data to drive our strategy
- Work with the wider BI and data teams to ensure we have all relevant data and dashboards available to constantly improve the level of Insight provided
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and applying them to improve our analytics capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders
Требования
- Previous iGaming/online casino experience is an advantage
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficient with Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate
