Develop and maintain Java applications with Murex customization for capital markets platforms.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development, including object-oriented design, multithreading, collections, performance optimization, and enterprise application development
- Extensive experience working with Murex across one or more functional areas, including Front Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Back Office, Collateral Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Integration
- Experience with Murex customization and configuration, including workflows, datamarts, interfaces, reporting, and integration development
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products including FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, and structured products
- Experience designing and developing real-time and batch integrations between Murex and external systems
- Proficiency with SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
- Experience tuning and optimizing complex database queries
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation across software development, testing, code quality, and operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
