This role is for a relationship builder who knows how to generate referrals. If you’ve worked as a physician liaison, medical sales rep, or healthcare marketer and have personally driven referral volume, keep reading. If not, this is not the role.
 
You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.
Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
Execute consistent in-person visits across South Florida
Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
Track performance and improve outreach strategy
Represent the brand at events and within the medical community
 
You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 days
You become a known, trusted contact across your territory
You create long-term referral partnerships, not one-time conversations

This is not an entry-level marketing role. You will be expected to build relationships, create trust quickly, and drive measurable referral growth.
