Manage accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits and financial reporting for a growing company.
Обязанности
- Record, classify, and reconcile transactions across AP, AR, payroll, and journals
- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for bank, vendors, customers, and GL accounts
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and support tax filings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports under GAAP/IFRS
- Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjustments
- Provide accurate data and variance insights for budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with external auditors; prepare schedules and supporting documentation
- Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Требования
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting best practices
- Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
- Effective written and verbal communication in English (intermediate/advanced)
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, integrity, and confidentiality
