Our law firm in Limassol is recruiting a reliable and professional Office Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional environment
- Organize and maintain office filing systems and documentation
- Accurately update and manage records, paperwork, and databases while ensuring confidentiality
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Arrange travel bookings and reservations as required
- Support daily office operations and assist with ad hoc tasks and errands
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (written and spoken)
- University degree
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of the Cyprus immigration sector will be considered an advantage
Conditions
- Full-time position (Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00, Friday: 08:00–14:30)
- Office-based role in Limassol
- Salary: €1,300 gross per month
