Our law firm in Limassol is recruiting a reliable and professional Office Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional environment
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems and documentation
  • Accurately update and manage records, paperwork, and databases while ensuring confidentiality
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Arrange travel bookings and reservations as required
  • Support daily office operations and assist with ad hoc tasks and errands

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (written and spoken)
  • University degree
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus immigration sector will be considered an advantage

Conditions

  • Full-time position (Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00, Friday: 08:00–14:30)
  • Office-based role in Limassol
  • Salary: €1,300 gross per month
