Мы ищем опытного Design Lead / Art Director для управления визуальным направлением на платформе iGaming и нескольких брендах, включая руководство командой дизайнеров и разработку UI/UX, брендирования и маркетинговых креативов.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction across products and brands
- Manage, mentor, and review the work of the design team
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines
- Design and improve web, mobile, back-office, and platform interfaces
- Oversee marketing creatives, landing pages, CRM assets, banners, and social media visuals
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, and Development teams
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent design quality
Requirements
- Strong experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior UI/UX Designer
- Proven experience leading or mentoring designers
- Outstanding portfolio covering UI/UX, branding, and digital products
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX, typography, layouts, design systems, and responsive design
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, crypto, motion design, or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.
