  • Position Summary  
  • We are seeking a Program Manager – Jira to support delivery operations and Jira platform enablement within the Data Analytics & Technology Solutions (DATS) department. This role will focus on executing and maintaining Jira configurations, supporting Agile delivery processes, and assisting in the continuous improvement of DATS’s delivery operating model. 
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jira administration and Agile project delivery, strong organizational skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project execution. This role will work closely with senior leadership, and team leads to support reporting, workflow optimization, and adoption of best practices. 
  • Support Jira configuration and maintenance, including workflows, boards, fields, and basic automation rules
  • Assist in implementing standardized delivery processes across DATS teams (Agile, Kanban, hybrid models)
  • Partner with project managers and team leads to ensure accurate project setup, tracking, and reporting in Jira
  • Monitor data quality, ensuring issues, statuses, and workflows are consistently maintained across projects
  • Support creation and maintenance of documentation, user guides, and training materials for Jira processes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate task tracking, dependencies, and handoffs across teams
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports (e.g., Jira reporting, Power BI) to support delivery visibility
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of enhancements to workflows and automation
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Jira users across the organization
  • Qualifications  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline)
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or Agile delivery environments
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Jira , including basic configuration and reporting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or reporting tools (Power BI exposure preferred)
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional)  
  • Experience working in a PMO or delivery operations function
  • Exposure to Jira administration concepts (permissions, schemes, automation)
  • Basic understanding of data analytics or reporting frameworks
  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
  • The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.  Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.  The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
