Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst role providing ABA services to neurodivergent individuals in Boise, Idaho area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Train and support parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- In-home ABA experience required
- Background in early childhood development and education
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
