Responsibilities
- We’re seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and help expand Edia’s impact in K-12 education. This is an ideal opportunity for former teachers or individuals passionate about education who want to transition into a high-growth sales role. Our SDRs play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential customers, setting up meetings for our Account Executives, and refining our outreach strategy.

Requirements
- REQUIRED : At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Highly ambitious, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with school and district leaders.
- Resilient and adaptable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies.
- Ability to learn quickly and implement feedback to improve performance.
- Previous experience in education (i.e. t Basic Info eachers, district administrators, etc.) is a plus but not required.

- Identify and engage key decision-makers in school districts through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Set up high-value meetings for Account Executives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track pipeline and performance metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of Edia’s products and how they solve key challenges in education.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation efforts and outreach campaigns.
