You'll be working directly with the VP to establish internal comms processes, creating social media playbooks, and supporting a newly formed communications function with direct access to the CEO. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and care about both the craft of communicating with purpose and the mechanics of getting things done, this is for you.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, social media, or content marketing – ideally in technology, B2B, or a startup environment
- Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats: social posts, internal emails, newsletters, and short-form content
- Experience managing corporate social media channels and understanding of platform best practices (LinkedIn and X in particular)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, i.e. you can manage multiple workstreams, track deadlines, and keep the team's operations running smoothly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and adaptability is valued
- A genuine interest in AI, technology, and the semiconductor industry – you don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should be curious and eager to learn
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, SharePoint, social media management platforms, and basic project management tools
- A team-first mindset – you're happy to roll up your sleeves on operational tasks and understand that great communications teams run on both strategy and execution
Conditions
- A foundational role in a growing communications function at one of the most closely watched AI infrastructure companies
