  • We are not a startup searching for product-market fit — we are scaling what already works. And that comes with a different kind of challenge. Your key responsibilities:
  • Build and scale a marketing analytics system that enables data-driven decision-making across the company.
  • Develop frameworks to evaluate the performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and investments.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, funnels, unit economics, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and other business-critical indicators.
  • Build and improve attribution models to help the team understand marketing impact and growth opportunities.
  • Create analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems for Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities through deep analysis of user behavior and marketing data.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve processes and decision quality.
  • Build and promote a data-driven culture within marketing and growth teams.
  • Experience as a Marketing Analytics Lead, Growth Analytics Lead, Product Analytics Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience building analytics systems for performance-driven or growth-focused teams.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, growth analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Experience working in 2+ companies with mature marketing functions, scaling products, or strong performance-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, marketing funnels, and attribution models.
  • Experience working with large datasets and building analytical models that support business decisions.
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English.
