Responsible for full sales cycle to grow GEO business focused on AI-driven search visibility.
Responsibilities
- We're looking for a hungry, high-velocity Account Executive to help grow our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) business.
- You'll own the full sales cycle end to end, from first outreach through close, working with marketing leaders navigating one of the most urgent questions in their industry right now: how do we stay visible when AI decides who gets recommended?
- This role is for a closer. Someone who is relentless in the pursuit of new business, thrives on building pipeline from scratch, and is genuinely excited about being at the frontier of a category that is still being written.
- Penetrate and close new business across your territory
- Own the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with clean forecasting and CRM discipline
- Run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes with CMOs, VPs of Marketing / Ecommerce / Omnichannel and Heads of Digital
- Act as a category voice — helping prospects understand why AI visibility is the next critical growth channel
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and ensure clients get value fast
- Support the upsell motion working closely with our existing customer base
Requirements
- A proven closer with a consistent track record of overachievement against quota, driven by new business
- 5+ years’ experience selling into SEO, AEO, GEOGEO/AEO, MarTech, Agencies, etc
- A relentless hunter who builds pipeline through outbound, creativity, and sheer determination
- Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel and adapting your approach to fit the deal and the buyer
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — energised by building something new in a space where the playbook is still being written
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by impact, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
- Genuinely passionate and curious about GEO, AI search, and the future of brand discovery & omnichannel — you follow this space, you have a point of view, and you can talk about it with conviction

- Experience selling SEO, AEO/GEO services/SaaS
- Brings a robust and wide network
- Background in a high-growth, venture-backed startup
- Familiarity with multi-location or franchise businesses
- Track record of repeatedly over-achieving quotas
