Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Customer Operations Lead to own the customer-facing work that cannot or should not be automated with AI. You’ll own the systems around successful customer activation and engagement as the implementation counterpart to our GTM Engineers .
- Own the human-in-the-loop layer of HUD’s operations across our customers - data suppliers (vendors) and frontier labs and enterprises (buyers)
- Jump into customer conversations when a human touch is needed to build trust, clarify context, or move things forward
- Resolve contract, onboarding, and platform blockers by working with the right internal owners
- Turn recurring customer issues, feedback, and learnings into better processes, platform, and communications
- Build lightweight systems that streamline workflows or makes resolving problems easier the next time they occur
Requirements
- Experience in customer operations, business operations, consulting, or similar roles
- Demonstrated judgement in customer-facing situations - you know when to be helpful, when to push back, and when to escalate
- Comfort managing many small but important threads at once
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Used AI tools to improve their productivity

- HUD is building infrastructure to create RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents, as well as a marketplace to sell these to frontier labs through the HUD marketplace. Our platform is used by frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. We’ve raised $16M from top VCs and were YC W25.
- Early-stage startup experience with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

- Location : On-site only, for now. You can join the team in the San Francisco Bay Area or Singapore offices.
