Lead and build the sales organization at Moonshot AI focused on revenue growth and scaling a B2B SaaS startup.
Requirements
- You're a builder first and a sales leader second. You've helped scale an early-stage B2B SaaS company and know how to create structure without slowing things down.
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex software with ACVs in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Excellent sales coach who develops people and raises the performance of the entire team.
- Highly analytical and comfortable managing forecasting, pipeline, and sales KPIs.
