Responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying prospects, and booking demos for account executives in a PropTech sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • As an SDR at Avery , you’ll own the top of the funnel—prospecting mid-sized property management companies and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You’ll run a high-output, high-quality outreach process with 100+ targeted touches per day across calls, email, and LinkedIn, all supported by a proven playbook designed to generate results.
  • This role is perfect for someone already operating at this level—ideally in PropTech or B2B sales selling into property operators —who’s hungry to become an Account Executive within the next 12–18 months .

  • Execute 100+ daily outbound touches through cold calls, emails, and multi-step sequences.
  • Engage decision-makers at mid-sized property management companies.
  • Identify fit and book high-quality demos for the AE team.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Track activity, manage sequences, and stay consistent with structured outreach.
  • Embrace feedback, refine your pitch, and build the skills needed to step into an AE role.
  • You’re currently an SDR/BDR making 100+ outbound touches per day .
  • You’ve sold to property management companies or PropTech buyers and understand their challenges.
  • You’re disciplined, organized, and self-motivated—you own your activity and improve consistently.
  • You want a fast path to AE , and you value a company that promotes from within.
  • You’re comfortable with cold calling and energized by a high-velocity sales environment.
