Responsibilities

  • Own motion content end to end: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, founder content, product demos, animated UI walkthroughs.
  • Create hooks, pacing, retention — instincts, not checkboxes.
  • Work directly with the founder, producing several pieces a week.

Requirements

  • A portfolio you're proud of (no résumés).
  • Strong motion graphics skills — bring a UI to life.
  • Native feel for Reels/TikTok.

Conditions

  • Role: remote, full-time or contract.
  • Tools — whatever ships great work.
