• MDR Operations Specialist Overview  Vectra is seeking an MDR Operations Specialist to help build and scale the operational foundation of our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) services.  This role is responsible for executing, improving, and standardizing the operational workflows that enable successful customer onboarding, service readiness, platform health, and lifecycle management. Working closely with Security Specialists, MDR Analysts, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams, the MDR Operations Specialist ensures that repeatable operational processes are executed consistently while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.  This is an operations-focused role designed to
