Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating hardware factories and suppliers across the Greater Bay Area for multiple client projects.
Responsibilities
- Visit hardware factories, assembly plants, tooling shops, component suppliers, and equipment vendors.
- Source suppliers against each client's product requirements, budget, quality bar, and timeline.
- Collect quotes, specifications, certifications, capacity, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms, then produce clear comparisons in English and Chinese.
- Coordinate NDAs, RFQs, prototypes, engineering validation, factory audits, pilot runs, mass production, quality inspections, packaging, and logistics.
- Inspect samples and production lines in person and document findings with organized photos, videos, and written updates.
- Run several client projects in parallel and track owners, risks, decisions, deadlines, and next actions.
- Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, industrial designers, factory managers, and logistics partners.
Requirements
- Based in Shenzhen or the Greater Bay Area and able to travel frequently across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, and nearby cities.
- Hands-on sourcing experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, IoT, wearables, components, tooling, or assembly.
- Able to independently source vendors, run RFQs, negotiate terms, conduct factory visits, and coordinate projects.
- Working knowledge of prototyping, BOMs, DFM, EVT, DVT, and PVT.
- Strong Chinese and working English for client updates, written summaries, and meetings.
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and changing priorities.

- 有消费电子、智能硬件、IoT、可穿戴设备、电子元器件、模具或组装采购经验。
- 能够独立完成供应商搜寻、询价、谈判、工厂走访、样品跟进和项目协调。
- 理解打样、BOM、DFM、EVT、DVT、PVT 等硬件开发和制造流程。
- 中文沟通能力强，并能使用英文进行客户更新、书面总结和会议沟通。
- 做事有条理、反应快，能够同时管理多个客户项目。
- 在大湾区拥有成熟的硬件工厂、电子市场、模具、SMT、组装或设备供应商网络。
- 有从概念、样品到量产和交付的完整项目经验。
- 熟悉质量体系、工厂审核、产品认证、进出口或跨境物流。
