Lead strategic partnerships and build US presence by owning full deal cycle from prospecting to commercial partnership signings.
Responsibilities
- You'll own our strategic partnerships with US companies end to end, and play a central role in building our US presence. You'll report directly to Pierre-Louis (CEO & co-founder).
- Own the full deal cycle : prospecting, outreach, first meetings, negotiation, and signature of commercial partnerships with US small and medium companies.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of partner companies across our target industries.
- Open doors at the executive level : craft compelling narratives and win the trust of C-level decision-makers, from first cold touch to signed agreement.
- Shape our partnerships playbook : refine positioning, deal structures, and outbound motion alongside the founders.
- Feed the product loop : bring back market insights to sharpen our offer and roadmap.

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships — you've hunted, built pipeline from scratch, and closed deals.
- Proven full-cycle deal experience : cold outreach through negotiation to signature.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort structuring creative commercial agreements.
- Able to pitch an AI company simply and credibly to non-technical executives across industries.
- Builder mindset : autonomous, structured, thrives without a playbook.
- High discretion and professionalism — you'll handle sensitive commercial relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-growing environment.
- Based in the US with work authorization. Fluent English mandatory.
- Experience in partnerships, sourcing, or procurement-style negotiations , not only classic selling.
- Prior experience as a founding or first commercial hire.
