Talent acquisition specialist and HR role focused on building an elite team to support AI data ecosystem projects in Paris.
Responsibilities
- 📍 Paris (city center), on-site with 1 to 2 days WFH ; full remote possible during summer
- 🕐 Start: as soon as you are available
- 💼 Contract: full-time (CDI) - open to freelancing for the summer
- 💰 €50 to €70k + BSPCE 0.2% to 0.5%
- 👥 Team:
- 3 co-founders (Pierre-Louis, CEO; Grégoire, CPO & COO; Thomas, CTO)
- 3 FTEs : 1 ML engineer and 2 ops.
- Recruit our team, fast. Own hiring end-to-end: understand our needs with the founders, source, screen, and close the best people to help us build our elite squad this summer.
- Build the pipeline. Source proactively (LinkedIn, networks, communities), reach out, and keep candidates engaged with a great experience from first message to signature.
- Sharpen how we hire. Write clear job offers, structure our interview process, and help the team make fast, confident decisions.
- Grow into HR. Step by step, take ownership of the people side — onboarding, contracts & admin, culture — hand in hand with Grégoire (COO).

- 5+ years in recruiting / talent acquisition in a startup or fast-moving environment.
- A great judge of people, you quickly get what a role needs and who's the right fit.
- Hands-on and autonomous, you own your pipeline end-to-end and love moving fast.
- Fluent in French and English , with excellent communication.
- Experience hiring tech / ML profiles.
- A strong network you can tap into from day one.
- A genuine interest in HR / people ops and building processes from scratch.
- You've been an early hire before and thrive in ambiguity.
