Senior Operations Manager to lead data & AI related business workflows and team operations in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to Grégoire (CPO/COO & co-founder), you'll play a central role in executing and scaling our operations. You'll have significant freedom to act and real room to bring your own ideas, initiatives, and solutions.
  • You'll be in charge of:
  • Building and scaling our data sourcing pipeline : managing it end to end, from acquisition to delivery, and tackling the core challenges of scaling and automating it.
  • Driving our data projects : owning timelines, quality, and operational efficiency across client deliverables, and coordinating the people involved.
  • Improving our processes & automating : turning repetitive, manual work into reliable, automated workflows, and proposing concrete optimizations.
  • Working closely with the founders on strategic and operational topics.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment and you're looking to take real ownership in an early-stage company.
