Perform outbound sales calls and qualify prospects to generate meetings and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-velocity outbound: cold calls first, email and LinkedIn cadences where they help
  • Qualify prospects: real pain, urgency, budget, and the right people in the room
  • Book qualified meetings, then increasingly run discovery and use-case definition yourself
  • Keep HubSpot clean: notes, stages, and funnel numbers you can defend
  • Improve the machine every week: scripts, segments, messaging, tooling

Requirements

  • German C1 or above, plus solid English
  • Munich, or ready to relocate (we pay for the move; in-person is required)
  • Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. Hunger and learning speed are.

  • Outbound, learned properly and at speed. Cold calling is how we won our first customers, and it still works better for us than anything else. You will pick up the phone daily, build cadences that convert, and book meetings that turn into revenue.
  • Within weeks you run your first discovery calls and define use cases with prospects yourself. If you bring outbound experience, you move to (Junior) AE within 3 to 6 months and close your own deals. If you are new to sales, the path is exactly the same; your ramp speed sets the pace. We want to succeed with you. Daily coaching, clear targets, uncapped upside. You will not be left alone with a phone and a list.
