Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
