  • About the role As a Deployment Coordinator (internally called a Deployment Operations Representative), you'll coordinate the journey our farmers go on to get Halter's revolutionary technology up and running on their farm — turning a big install day into a smooth, well-planned experience.
  • You'll work closely with the Launch and Customer Success teams, building genuine relationships with our pool of contractors and coordinating with them to support every installation. You'll also get hands-on with farm modelling, helping identify the best locations for tower placement, and working directly with farmers as their deployment plan comes together.
  • What your day would look like
  • Coordinating with third-party contractors to schedule work across our customer farms
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with our contractor network, making sure their work is delivered on time and to spec
  • Running radio modelling analysis for farms, creating install plans, and clearly communicating those plans to customers
  • Chatting with customers day-to-day, answering their questions and keeping them in the loop
  • Supporting the wider Launch team to hit our collective deployment deadlines
  • What we're looking for
  • Great organisational and time-management skills — you're someone who can plan methodically and juggle moving pieces with ease. Experience in project coordination or project management is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • An interest in basic programming, coding, or technical problem-solving — enough curiosity to dig in and learn.
  • Excellent communication skills — you'll be the connective tissue between team members and contractors across different regions.
  • High attention to detail — you'll help ensure contractor and casual employee work meets a high standard and lands on time.
  • A proactive mindset — you enjoy spotting ways to make a process better and running with it.
  • Bonus points if you've got experience in geospatial/mapping, or some familiarity with Linux, Python, or Photoshop — genuinely a nice-to-have, not a must.
  • There’s a reason you visit your friends in person, live with your family and don’t do dinners over Zoom. Humans are wired for connection. We believe a world-class, in-person office culture is the best way for high-performing teams.
  • Being office first is a core pillar of our culture. We believe in-person connections are key to driving your own growth, learning, impact, and building genuine long-lasting relationships. Strong relationships make it easier to disagree, give feedback, and do meaningful and aligned work. We don’t like having heaps of rules or policies, but this means having strong, trusted relationships is critical.
  • We’re office first , not office only . This means working from the office everyday is our default setting, but we flex when we need to. We have a high-trust culture, so everyone is trusted to do what’s best for Halter.
  • Our office vibe is something special, it’s hard to describe until you’re here, but people at Halter who have come from fully remote or hybrid companies say they could never go back - the high energy and spectacular people they are now surrounded by everyday makes work so enjoyable. Your growth, your learning and your impact is truly unlimited here, and a big part of that comes from being together solving problems, innovating, building context, and constantly learning from each other.
