- Leading employee and labor relations initiatives
- Coaching and supporting managers across the organization
- Overseeing talent development, succession planning and performance management
- Managing HR policies, compliance and workforce planning
- Building a positive, accountable and high-performance culture
- Leading and developing members of the HR team
Requirements
- Progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, metals, aerospace, automotive, chemical processing or another industrial environment
- Experience supporting a large hourly workforce and handling complex employee-relations matters is strongly preferred
