Responsibilities
- Own complete HR function for India team: payroll, onboarding, performance, engagement, and hiring.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in HR generalist or ops roles
- Experience running payroll and PF/ESI cycles independently
- Owned HR processes end to end
- Bonus: ability to source candidates on LinkedIn organically
