Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Use SQL to analyze and validate business data.
- Track requirements and project progress using JIRA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Requirements Gathering, Agile, SQL, JIRA, and Process Mapping.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Visio, Confluence, Power BI, or Salesforce is a plus.
