- The way the world accounts for, trades, and acts on environmental impact is being rebuilt from the ground up — and Patch is the platform scaling unified climate action at the center of it.
- We move hundreds of millions of dollars annually to the world's most credible climate and environmental projects. Our platform connects Fortune 500 sustainability commitments to the projects and commodities that fulfill them: carbon removal, nature-based solutions, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable energy certificates, and more.
- Think Bloomberg for environmental markets. Think Stripe for climate finance. That's the category we're building.
- If you've been watching AI-native companies redefine how markets work and want to do the same thing in climate — Patch is that bet. Our enterprise customers are receiving value in cost savings, risk mitigation, and program effectiveness. There are more use cases to build and more customers to earn, plus the equity story still has its best chapters ahead.
- The Growth Engineering Lead sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations. You'll report into the Chief Marketing Officer and be accountable for top of funnel pipeline outcomes and empowered to build the campaigns, agents, and infrastructure required to deliver them.
- Own every campaign end-to-end — from audience thesis and segmentation logic through execution, follow-up cadence, and weekly pipeline attribution reporting.
- Build and run the outbound engine as an "agent BDR manager": deploy agents for prospecting, enrichment, inbound routing, and account nurture; set quotas; coach prompts; remove what isn't working.
- Hunt proactively for new pipeline — identify under-explored segments, new intent signals, and untested channels; bring 2–3 net-new pipeline theses per quarter to review with the CMO and Sales.
- Partner closely with Business Operations and provide regular feedback on the Go-to-Market (GTM) data foundation.
- Operationalize strategic and target account coverage by building and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date contact list and ensuring consistent touch cadence across our top accounts.
- Work across Salesforce, Clay, Dust, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong to run repeatable, automated processes that reduce manual work and improve accuracy across the customer lifecycle.
- Commercially accountable — you've personally carried a pipeline or revenue number and hit it.
- AI-native by default — you build with agents, think in quotas and kill criteria, and know how to manage a team of agents the way a BDR manager manages reps
- 5+ years building scalable GTM systems in a high-growth startup, with experience owning a pipeline or revenue outcome
- Technically fluent across SQL, APIs, agent frameworks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and the modern GTM stack; comfortable with Salesforce Flow/Apex and automation platforms (Zapier, Tray, n8n)
- Strategic range — can walk into a QBR and propose a new segment or channel thesis
- Systems thinker with an operational bias who balances long-term architecture with fast, scrappy execution
- Clear communicator who can translate technical constraints for GTM stakeholders and business needs for technical partners
- A mission-obsessed crew shipping with speed and sky-high standards
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity
- Onsite culture in San Francisco with annual offsites for deep strategy and team bonding
- Unlimited vacation and generous parental leave
- Monthly wellness stipend (mental and physical)
- If shaping the story of climate action—while using AI as a force multiplier—sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to meet you.
- Let’s rebalance the planet together.
