Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company 
  • Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussed
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
  • Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task

  • Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will be own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process and optimize hiring for specific engineering departments. Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated, and highly passionate about building organization.
  • Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
  • Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data. 
  • Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members. 
  • Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
