Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes at Solink.
Responsibilities
- Solink is looking for a Finance Manager to own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, R&D, and Product, partnering with leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities and operational drivers.
- The ideal candidate has a strong financial analysis or finance business partnering background, is energized by ambiguity and cross-functional complexity, and takes real pride and ownership in the accuracy and quality of their own work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 6–9 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or finance business partnering
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, scenario modeling, automation)
- Demonstrated ability to build and own integrated financial models, not just maintain existing ones
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of synthesizing complex data into business recommendations that influence executive decisions
- Experience supporting sales or marketing functions in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence non-financial stakeholders and present to senior leadership or the Board
- Demonstrated interest in customer and business context — able to connect financial analysis to long-term customer value and business outcomes, not just reporting accuracy
- High ownership mentality — comfortable being accountable for outcomes with material consequences, including when an analysis or recommendation misses
- Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, AI tools (n8n, Claude, AppScript, Zappier, etc), databases.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and net retention
- Experience using AI-enabled or automation-driven reporting tools in a finance function
- CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (asset but not required)
