Develop and enhance Mindly's product by deeply understanding user needs and collaborating cross-functionally to shape AI-powered mental health support solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly product. This is more than just writing code — it’s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- You’ll work closely with Product Team and СEO in order to:
- deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems
- shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems
- contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users who are interested in mental health support but are not yet ready to start therapy
- use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery
- You will become a true “Product Engineer” , someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business. Working independently, you’ll drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.

- 3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js (we’re using TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js)
- Product thinking focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions
- Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
- Experience in mobile app development will be a huge plus
