Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by calling and engaging with prospects. This is a great role for someone passionate about sales and ready to build a career in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our sales team to help small to medium-sized salons and spas (5-50 providers) discover how Mangomint can transform their business and make them more profitable.
- In this role the expectation is 100 dials and 2 meetings booked per day. Don't worry about prospecting, we will provide you with a list to work through. We do the data work for you.

- In this role you will:
- Contact cold leads through calling, emailing, and other outreach methods with the goal to book demos for the AE team
- Update and manage CRM data (Salesforce)
- Educate yourself on our prospects and understand their needs
- Be part of a brand new team of BDRs on a mission to build out the winning formula
- Go above and beyond delivering your quota to contribute directly to the success of the company
- Work in-office in San Diego

- You're currently located in San Diego and excited about working in-office
- 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred) or recent graduate
- Proven history of personal and professional excellence
- Commitment to professional growth and development
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach and Nooks
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
- Passion for helping small businesses (experience in the salon/spa industry a plus)
