Requirements
- Passionate about CS , but not too 'love stoned' to question and optimize current processes.
- +2 years of experience in a relevant, commercial role within a similar environment
- You have experience with consultative selling : you recognize an opportunity within an account and dare to actually seize it.
- You feel comfortable when a playbook doesn't exist yet , because you'd rather help write it yourself.
- You look forward to being the main point of contact for customers and making sure they become the Payflip ambassadors of your dreams.
- You're a true initiator , pragmatic , and a fearless go-getter . We have it in for people who learn from their mistakes and keep themselves sharp!
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English .

- We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a defining role for our customers, from implementation to adoption and expansion . For HR managers, you're a true salary partner who takes their compensation strategy to the next level. You also don't just manage a portfolio 'from head to toe', you help lay the foundation of a scalable customer success team by focusing on playbooks (churn, adoption, expansion), health scoring, and a strong communication strategy. You also help build Payflip's next chapter: besides flex reward functionalities, we're soon launching extra salary modules (including Payflip Food), and you help our customers grow into them. But there's more to it than just designing a strategy. That's why we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeve
