• About the Growth Operations Lead role As a Growth Operations Lead , you’ll own the operating model for contributor growth. You’ll design how we acquire, activate and scale our contributor network across markets, define the systems and processes that support that growth, and ensure the machine works efficiently as volume and complexity increase. In this role, you will • Own contributor growth end-to-end. From acquisition strategy to activation, retention, and scale. • Run high-velocity experiments across channels, geographies, and contributor profiles. Launch fast, kill losers quickly, and double down on what works. • Iterate on product & incentive mechanics to influence contributor behavior, quality, and retention. • Optimize our funnel to drive higher conversion and repeat engagement.
