Responsibilities
- Strategic Onboarding: Lead the search and negotiation for new Ethical Pharma and Premium Cosmetic brands. You will grow our network of partners by focusing on high-impact categories like Sunscreens , Haircare Products , and Supplements .
- P&L Ownership: Drive revenue targets by managing the entire channel’s profitability. You will launch category-building initiatives that make Clinikally the top choice for specialized health needs.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Work with marketing to ensure inventory levels match our growth projections. You will manage stock for high-demand actives like our Niacinamide Face Wash , Retinol Serums , and Antioxidant Serums to ensure zero stockouts.
- Telehealth Integration: Create smart promotions that link product sales with our Teledermatology services. You will design bundles that combine consultations with clinical products to improve the patient experience.
- Brand Growth: Act as the primary contact for our brand partners, helping them scale their presence on our platform through data-driven insights and strategic marketing tie-ups.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and Inventory Turn to ensure every vertical is scaling healthily and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 or more years in E-commerce, E-pharmacy, or Key Account Management.
- Education: A B.Pharm or M.Pharm is a significant advantage given the medical nature of our categories.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Derma, Pharma, and Beauty landscape in India.
- Leadership Skills: A strong negotiator with the ability to build long-term relationships with global brand leads.
