Responsibilities

  • Define and Evolve Brand Strategy: Develop our overarching vision and identity. You will ensure our commitment to excellence is reflected in our positioning and internal culture across all platforms.
  • Narrative and Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with the Indian consumer. You will build emotional connections around our transformative wellness journeys and hero categories like our Hair serums and skin cleansers .
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Spearhead large-scale campaigns across digital, social, and PR. You will oversee marketing for our upcoming offline experience centers, showcasing the science behind our Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizers and pH-balanced skin cleansers .
  • Brand Experience Ownership: Partner with Product and Tech teams to ensure the brand promise is delivered from discovery to post-purchase. This includes the high-touch experience of receiving our personalized treatment plans and physical products.
  • Insights and Innovation: Dive deep into consumer insights and market trends to refine our strategy. You will identify opportunities to differentiate advanced solutions like our Niacinamide serums and non-comedogenic sunscreens in a competitive landscape.
  • Inspire and Grow the Team: Lead and empower our marketing talent, fostering a culture of creativity and executional excellence across all clinical and cosmeceutical categories.
  • Agency and Partner Management: Oversee agency relationships and brand growth for our partner portfolio, including global leaders such as Cipla , Cetaphil , iS Clinical , and Pilgrim .
  • Brand Health and Measurement: Define and track metrics to ensure a strong ROI on brand investments while building long-term consumer trust.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive brand leadership, primarily in D2C, beauty, or health marketplaces in India.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience building and scaling beloved consumer brands from an early stage to significant market presence.
  • Communication: Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex clinical ideas into compelling consumer stories.
  • Cultural Nuance: Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, regional sensitivities, and evolving market trends.
  • Approach: A data-informed approach to qualitative brand building and a true entrepreneurial spirit.
