Responsibilities
- Define and Own Growth Strategy: Develop a data-driven strategy that integrates marketing and product to drive aggressive user acquisition for our personalized wellness offerings.
- Identify Growth Levers: Prioritize new opportunities across SEO and performance marketing to scale high-demand products such as our hyaluronic acid and antioxidant-rich serums .
- Lead and Scale Growth Teams: Build and inspire a high-performing organization focused on retention and LTV. You will foster a culture of rapid experimentation around our products and our broader clinical marketplace.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Implement a robust A/B testing framework across the customer journey to optimize conversion rates for users seeking our products and medical-grade solutions.
- Deep Dive into Analytics: Own growth dashboards and reporting to provide critical insights into the performance of our overall skin and haircare categories like serums , lip balms , and sunscreens .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure growth initiatives for our hair supplements and telehealth services are deeply integrated across the platform.
- Market and Consumer Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape to evolve strategies for our expanding range of dermatologist-recommended essentials .
- Budget and Resource Management: Strategically allocate growth budgets to maximize ROI across our clinical and wellness product portfolios.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in growth roles, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership position within high-growth D2C businesses in India.
- Strategy: A proven track record of designing full-funnel growth strategies that have led to significant revenue growth.
- Analytics: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a mastery of data, attribution models, and cohort analysis.
- Expertise: Deep expertise across diverse channels including performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth.
- Mindset: A true entrepreneurial spirit with a relentless pursuit of scaling science-backed healthcare solutions.
