• What You Get to Work On: • Work closely and collaboratively with the COO, CISO, and CEO, and cyber/enterprise risk on the delivery of highly reliable, secure, and effective cyber security solutions. • Manage cross functional teams, driving a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement within the confines of an integrated development model. • Provide leadership and expand, support, and mentor a best-in-class engineering & sales teams. • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. • Implement best practices and guidelines to continually improve performance and scalability. • Works closely with the Director of HR making sure cyber best practices are never compromised. • Monitor KPIs to assess product and tec
