- We’re building an AI-powered code-to-cloud security platform covering Attack Surface Management, automated pentesting, and DAST. With 25+ people , offices in NYC & Paris, and a recent $18M Series A , we’re scaling our team and looking for mid–senior Sales Engineers to join our pre-sales efforts.
- As a Sales Engineer at Escape, you’ll be the technical bridge between our customers, AEs, and engineering team , helping close commercial deals by showcasing how our platform solves real-world security challenges. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer success, delivering demos, running POCs, and providing technical expertise.
- Partner with Account Executives and Engineering to drive commercial wins in pre-sales engagements.
- Configure, demo, and guide customers through the platform, ensuring a smooth technical experience.
- Gather customer feedback, educate on best practices, and advise on optimal use of the product.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and provide insights to our Product & Engineering teams.
- Occasionally support on-site visits, workshops, and POCs at customer offices or conferences.
- Experience: 3+ years in a deep tech environment; consulting experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS/software products; Python required, back-end engineering a plus.
- Customer Focus: Passion for helping clients succeed, with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Able to independently troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborates seamlessly with sales, product, and engineering teams.
