  • Cityfurnish is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Architect who will be responsible for end-to-end furniture design, development, and costing, along with a strong understanding of interior aesthetics and space planning.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and execute furniture that is functional, durable, cost-efficient, and aligned with modern interior trends, especially keeping in mind rental usage and high durability requirements.
  • Design innovative and functional furniture products aligned with current market trends.
  • Develop concepts from sketch to final product, ensuring usability and aesthetics.
  • Create designs optimized for durability, reusability, and ease of maintenance.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to convert designs into production-ready products.
  • Oversee sampling, prototyping, and product development cycles.
  • Ensure product quality, structural strength, and finish standards.
  • Prepare detailed costing for each product, including: Raw materials
  • Manufacturing costs
  • Logistics and installation costs
  • Optimize designs to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Apply interior design principles to ensure furniture aligns with different space requirements.
