- SureBright is building the world’s first AI-native, agentic warranty company. We power warranty programs through merchants and are also building direct-to-consumer experiences that make product protection simple, trusted, and easy to buy. We’re looking for a strong graphic designer who can create sharp, modern, conversion-focused creative assets across B2B and D2C.
- You’ll work on everything from poster ads and banner ads to social posts, reels, event assets, landing page visuals, and sales collateral. This is not a “make it look pretty” role. We want someone who understands messaging, performance, and speed, and who can use AI tools to produce more, test faster, and raise the quality bar.
- You’ll work closely with founders, growth, sales, and product to bring ideas to life quickly and make sure the final output is polished, on-brand, and effective.
- Design high-quality marketing assets for B2B and D2C campaigns
- Create banner ads, poster ads, landing page visuals, social media posts, reels, short videos, event assets, presentations, and sales collateral
- Turn rough ideas and copy into clean, compelling creative quickly
- Work with raw footage, User Journey mockups, AI-generated visuals, stock assets, typography, icons, music, and motion elements to create polished final outputs.
- Use AI image generation tools such as Haygen, Adobe Firefly, Freepik AI, Canva AI, Adobe Premiere Pro AI features, and After Effects AI-assisted workflows or similar tools to create video shots, campaign visuals, backgrounds, product-led concepts, and design references.
- Retouch, composite, and refine AI-generated images in Adobe Photoshop to make them brand-ready and production-ready.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and InDesign to combine visuals with typography, layout, icons, illustrations, and brand elements.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools for video editing, motion graphics, transitions, captions, voice over, audio syncing, resizing, and final exports.
- Work with growth/marketing teams to improve ad creatives, conversion-focused visuals, and social content
- Maintain strong design consistency across channels while adapting creative for different formats and audiences
- Help evolve and strengthen SureBright’s visual identity over time What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, video editing, content design, digital design, or brand design.
- 2+ years of experience using Generative AI tools for creative output.
- Ability to write strong AI prompts for both image and video generation, including prompts for style, composition, lighting, motion, camera movement, transitions, colour palette etc.
- Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, color, and brand consistency
- Strong taste and ability to create clean, modern, high-converting designs
- Comfortable designing for both B2B and consumer audiences
- Fast execution speed without sacrificing quality
- Ability to create static and motion/social-first assets
- Good judgment on what works across ads, organic social, events, and branded collateral
- Able to take feedback well and iterate quickly
- Tools & Software Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Freepik AI, Canva AI, Photoshop Generative Fill, Synthesia, HeyGen, Adobe AI features etc. Overall a strong fluency with AI design and creative tools
