Client-facing role combining business operations with product input to improve AI-driven office leasing service.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be client-facing every day — running discovery calls, touring spaces with founders and operators, helping companies work through offers and make decisions. That's the job.
  • But this role is also a product role. Every interaction you have is a data point: where does our AI handle things well? Where does a human conversation change the outcome? What parts of the leasing process still require judgment, trust, or presence that no system can replicate yet?
  • You'll be one of the people answering those questions in real time, and feeding that back into how we build. The best version of this role isn't someone who executes a process, it's someone who helps us figure out what the process should be.
  • Expect 60–70% of your time to be in-person across San Francisco, touring spaces, meeting clients, building relationships.

Requirements

  • You've been in a client-facing role that required real judgment: onsulting, expert networks, advisory, or client services. You know how to earn trust quickly and guide someone to a decision.
  • You're curious about how AI is changing professional services and want to be inside that problem, not watching it from the outside.
  • Strong communicator: you can run a sharp discovery call with a first-time founder and a seasoned CFO on the same afternoon.
  • High judgment, low ego. Early-stage means the scope of your job will change. That should feel interesting, not frustrating.
  • Based in San Francisco, comfortable spending significant time in the city.
