Senior demand planning executive role focused on bridging product, customer support, and go-to-market teams in AI-powered retail software for CPG brands.

Responsibilities

  • Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available)
  • Compensation: Base salary between $200,000 and $220,000 + Benefits + Equity (.2% - .3%)
  • We're seeking a seasoned demand planning professional from the CPG world to join us as a functional expert. In this unique role, you'll help bridge the gap between product, customer support, and go-to-market teams. You'll have outsized influence on how technology shapes the future of demand planning across the CPG landscape. You will report to the Head of Business Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes
  • Deep functional expertise in demand planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and planning systems
  • Understanding of how demand planning connects to broader supply chain, finance, and commercial objectives
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools
  • Excited by ambiguity, fast paced environments, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week

  • Partner with product and engineering team to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure we're solving real CPG demand planning challenges
  • Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to optimize workflows, solve challenges, and maximize platform value
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on key go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation and educational materials, running webinars, etc.
