Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, private credit, or investment banking (LevFin / structured products)
- Direct experience in structuring or executing credit facilities, warehouse lines, or asset-backed financing
- Experience working with external capital providers, both individuals (UHNW/family office) and institutional lenders (credit funds)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts and operational processes to diverse audiences
- Ability to operate independently and drive complex processes end-to-end
Nice to have
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or building new financial products
- Experience in fintech, lending platforms, or asset-backed businesses
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive outreach to lenders and manage financing processes end-to-end
- Exposure to both debt and equity fundraising processes

- Bonus: up to 10% of base salary.

- We are hiring a Head of Capital Markets to join our leadership team to design and execute SyntheticFi’s capital strategy, including structuring and securing credit facilities (e.g., delayed draw / warehouse lines) that power our lending platform.
- You’ll work directly with our cofounder and CIO Joseph Wang, to build and scale SyntheticFi’s financing infrastructure to support its rapid growth.
- Structure, execute, maintain, and expand SyntheticFi’s core credit facilities , including delayed draw and warehouse lines to support client refinancing.
- Lead end-to-end debt fundraising processes , including outreach, negotiation, diligence, and closing.
- Manage relationships with lenders , including family offices, HNW/UHNW individuals, credit funds, and other structured capital providers.
- Translate SyntheticFi’s product, collateral, and performance data into clear, compelling materials for external capital providers.
- Support broader fundraising efforts , including preparation of investor materials and data rooms for both debt and equity processes.
- A scalable, cost-efficient credit facility that supports SyntheticFi’s growth
