Lead the go-to-market strategy and sales efforts for launching a new ETF business by building relationships and managing sales operations.

  • Our next chapter is launching a new ETF business—designing, filing, and managing our own ETFs, built from the ground up to move faster, adapt dynamically, and offer investors greater transparency and control.
  • We’re looking for a founding, high-ownership hire to take Corgi’s ETF business from 0→1, shaping how our funds are brought to market.

Requirements

  • SIE & Series 7 are a must.
  • High sales acumen and the desire/ability to generate sales opportunities. Must be confident, persuasive, and credible over the phone and in person.
  • Deep technical understanding of the ETF ecosystem and competitive landscape.
  • Preferred Experience: 1+ years in ETF distribution, wholesaling, or investment sales, with a track record of raising assets from RIAs and Independent Broker-Dealers.
  • Willing to become a registered representative of a broker-dealer.

Conditions

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • OTE: $130,000-$200,000
  • Commission / OTE is through paid through, and in accordance with, work performed in the capacity as a registered representative status as with Veles Securities
  • Equity options and health benefits.
  • Commission / OTE is paid through, and in accordance with, work performed in the individual’s capacity as a registered representative of Veles Securities.
  • The annual base salary is paid solely for work performed for Corgi Strategies LLC, in consideration of overall go-to-market (GTM), strategy, and operations responsibilities. Outbound communications, solicitation, and/or wholesaling activities are not included in, and are not compensated through, base salary.

Other

  • Build and execute ETF go-to-market strategy.
  • Create ETF marketing materials end-to-end: decks, one-pagers, fact sheets, website copy, email sequences, talking points, FAQs (built to be compliance-reviewable).
  • As a Registered Rep: cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, meeting booking, and pipeline management.
  • Build relationships with RIAs, advisors, and platforms; educate on strategies, handle feedback, and drive fitted adoption.
  • Help build the GTM operating system: ICP/segmentation, CRM workflows, reporting, and weekly iteration on what works.
