Requirements

  • You have successfully scaled multiple brands to at least multiple 7 figures per month through creative strategy

  • Experience working closely with media buyers to iterate rapidly on creative tests
  • You are a hands-on operator who can write compelling copy and direct visual creation
  • You understand how to research competitors and turn insights into winning ads

  • We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead our ad creation, copywriting, and overall creative strategy.
  • This is not a purely managerial or “ideas only” role. You are expected to be deeply hands-on, stepping in to write copy, direct ad creation, and execute fast without heavy onboarding.
  • You will own the creative engine that drives our direct response marketing, staying ahead of trends and researching the competition to ensure our creative scales revenue.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end ad creation, from initial hook concepts to final high-performing assets across Meta, Google and other paid channels
  • Direct and write high-converting, direct response copywriting across all paid channels
  • Brief designers and video editors, and manage the full creative production workflow
  • Research competition and market trends continuously to keep our creative edge sharp
  • Build and iterate on creative assets that directly support aggressive growth and scaling goals
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to align creative output with revenue targets
  • Continuously A/B test, analyze data, and optimize creatives based on hard performance metrics, turning insights into the next winning iteration
  • Background in high growth DTC, consumer tech or premium hardware
  • Previously operated as a lead creative in a fast-moving, aggressive growth environment
  • You need detailed onboarding and step-by-step instructions
  • You prefer high-level brand planning over hands-on direct response execution
  • You only want to manage teams or agencies without touching the work yourself
