  • We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to act as a right hand to the Head of Marketing. This is not a coordination role. This is not a “manage agencies and report back” role. You are expected to step in and contribute immediately, take ownership, and drive outcomes without heavy onboarding or constant direction.
  • You will operate across the full marketing stack, including Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS. The goal is simple: identify what moves revenue, prioritize it, and execute fast.
  • Drive revenue across Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS
  • Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and fix them
  • Launch and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and offers
  • Contribute to paid media performance through creative direction and testing input
  • Own retention channels (email and SMS) as part of the broader system, not in isolation
  • Run A/B tests across channels and turn insights into action quickly
  • Build and manage a clear testing roadmap based on impact, not guesswork
  • Work directly with the Head of Marketing on strategy and execution
  • Report on what matters: revenue, efficiency, and what to do next
  • Experience with Amazon, both listing and ads
  • Background in high growth DTC, SaaS, or consumer tech
  • Experience working closely with media buyers and creative teams
  • Experience running email and SMS at scale
  • Previously operated as a right hand or generalist in a fast moving company
  • You need detailed onboarding and step by step instructions
  • You’ve mainly managed agencies without owning outcomes
  • You prefer planning over execution
