- Join calls with our AEs and AMs to quickly get up to speed with our users
- Learn about our product development process
- Own your team’s backlog and triage customer and prospect requests
- Run discovery calls with customers to understand their problems
- Write PRDs that synthesize problems and solutions for others to collaborate on
- Work closely with our engineers and designers to ship fast
- Own a product line end-to-end
- Translate complex regulatory and operational problems into engineering and design requirements, and ultimately a product that solves real user pain points
- Work cross-functionally to make sure what we build drives adoption and new revenue
- Influence the product roadmap
